1) How much will it cost to have my Event at Castle McCulloch?

Weekdays Start As Low As $800. Your Special Event is as Individual as you are! Many times, it is only after we have met with you personally to hear your ideas & assess your needs that we can tailor a proposal especially for your Event. We do offer Monthly Installment Payments with No Additional Charges for Financing - ask us about the details!


2) Can my Out-Of-Town Guests expect to find Adequate Overnight Accommodations?

Yes! There are many Hotels located within a very short drive of our property. You will find a vast selection of accommodations with easy access to Castle McCulloch all easy to find from the major interstate routes through North Carolina and this area. We suggest you select a Hotel from our list of Preferred Vendors.


3) Do you provide Tables & Chairs with the Rental of your Property?

Your Initial Set Up is Included with the price of your Room Rental & that does include the Tables & Chairs in each Building.


4)How many people can I plan for in each area?

Your Castle Representative will be happy to go over the different styles of Seating and Type of Event you are planning to determine with you how many people will be comfortably accommodated.

Rental Package Includes

  • 6 1/2 hour Venue Rental
  • Table & Chairs Are Provided for The Inside Venues (Great Hall, Queen's Chamber's and Crystal Garden Ballroom). Chairs Only Are Provided For The Outside Venues (Hillside Terrace & Great Hall Patio)
  • 1 Hour Complimentary Detail Session With Our Event Coordinator Whom Will Assist You In Final Preparations Of Your Floor Plan and Bar Arrangements (Scheduled During The Week By Appointment)
  • Our Operations Manager Onsite For The Duration Of Your Event
  • Free Parking For All Of Your Guests
  • A Premium Bridal Package Which Includes: A 3 Hour Access To The Entire Property For Your Bridal Photo Shoot, Access To The Bridal Dressing Rooms and a 1 1/2 Hour Wedding Rehearsal.

  • Daytime 9am to 3:30pm
  • Evening 4:30pm to11pm
  • Time Extension Upgrades Available
